Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from PixelCrate. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, please read this policy carefully.

Eligibility for a refund

Within 7 days of purchase, we will offer a replacement or a full refund if:

• the file is faulty, corrupted, or won’t open;
• the product is materially not as described on its page; or
• you were charged but did not receive access to your download.

What is not eligible

• Change of mind after the file has been downloaded.
• Lack of the software or skills needed to use the product (requirements are listed on each product page).
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.

How to request a refund

Email hello@pixelcrate.in from the address used for your order, with your order number and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellations

As delivery is instant, orders cannot be cancelled once the download has been accessed. If you were charged in error, contact us right away.
