These Terms govern your use of PixelCrate (https://pixelcrate.in), operated by Shree Ji Choice (Proprietorship, GSTIN 23AMMPC9802A1ZK). By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.

Digital products

All products sold on PixelCrate are digital and delivered electronically as an instant download after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.

Licence & usage

• On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal or business use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sub-licence, or share the files or your download links with others.
• All intellectual property in the products remains with Shree Ji Choice or its licensors.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information at checkout so we can deliver your products and invoice correctly.

Payments

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay. A GST invoice is generated for every order.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of liability

Products are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shree Ji Choice is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, a product.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
